Items may be returned within 30 days if unused, not installed, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
Faulty items returned within 30 days may be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Items will be inspected and repaired or returned to the manufacturer. This process may take 3–5 weeks.
We do not cover items with physical damage, removed serial numbers, water damage, incorrect power supply usage, or installation damage.
All items must be returned to Nesttech Ltd before any replacement or refund is issued.
Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
