1. Quotation Validity & Scope of Work

All quotations issued by Nesttech Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided by the customer and/or a site survey at the time of quotation. Only the equipment, services, and work explicitly listed in the quotation are included. Any additional work requires written agreement.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required upon acceptance of the quotation. The remaining 50% balance is payable immediately upon completion. Installation work will not commence until payment is received and cleared. Payment methods and instructions will be provided separately upon quotation acceptance.

3. Work Schedule & Site Access

Estimated project duration is 1–3 working days depending on scope. Final scheduling will be confirmed once the quotation is accepted and advance payment is received. Customers must provide safe, clear, and uninterrupted access to the property.

4. Additional Work & Variations

Any alterations, variations, or additional work requested after quotation acceptance will incur additional charges. All costs will be approved before commencement.

5. Installation Responsibilities & Limitations

Installations are carried out with reasonable care and professional skill. Minor cosmetic impact such as drilling or surface cabling is normal. Nesttech Ltd is not responsible for pre-existing faults, structural issues, internet or power failures, or customer-supplied equipment incompatibility.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations after equipment ordering or preparation may incur charges. Advance payments are non-refundable once installation preparation has begun.

7. Ownership & System Access

All installed equipment remains the property of Nesttech Ltd until full payment is received. System access may be restricted in cases of non-payment.

8. Warranty & After-Installation Service

Nesttech Ltd provides a 1-year full service warranty from the date of installation completion. This includes fault diagnosis, repairs, technical support, and on-site visits where required. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, power surge damage, tampering, or unauthorised modifications.

9. System Operation & User Guidance

Upon completion of installation, Nesttech Ltd installers will provide a basic system walkthrough. Tutorial and guidance videos are available on www.nesttech.co.uk. Additional in-person training may be chargeable.

10. After Warranty Period & Maintenance Services

After the 1-year service warranty expires, all visits, repairs, and replacements are chargeable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nesttech Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Acceptance

Acceptance of a quotation, payment, or confirmation of installation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
